BARRE

BodyLanguage's take on a traditional Barre class. We focus on the foundations of all great Barre classes and build in high repetition of small intentional movements. Each exercise and movement is performed with focus and control. It's a low to no impact total body workout that is meant for everyBODY!

PILATES

A class that truly focuses on the mind-body connection with intentional movements that typically stem from the core. Our formats blend traditional mat pilates with influences from strength training, yoga and Barre. A fabulous workout for all levels!

CYCLING

This rhythm riding spin class is just what every cardio junky needs. Our trained instructors offer a high intensity, full body workout on the bike. We let the rhythm set the tone for the class with pedaling done both in and out of the saddle. Upper body choreography as well as 1-2 songs using light weights will keep the upper body working as hard as the lower.

TRX&STRENGTH

A fast-paced, full body workout with an occasional heart-pumping cardio element. Employing the instability of the suspension straps to target multiple muscle groups at once, T.R.X will force the body to engage the powerhouse…the CORE!
